Job Profile:
Actively participate in new client pitching and understand event service requirements.
Conduct a wide range of events including product launches, conferences, conclaves, R&R;, annualdays, family days, and exhibitions.
Handle client meetings, gather briefings, and present agency recommendations for projects.
Effectively communicate client requirements to the Design Team, Operations Team, and support business through event ideation and flow presentations.
Ensure exceptional and timely delivery for clients, managing event activities from inception to completion with the production team.
Oversee in office event management to ensure smooth operations and create comprehensive deliverables and reports post-event.
Expert in PPT, pitch deck and costing
Maintain a process-oriented approach and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
