About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented B2B Field Sales & Marketing Executive who can meet prospective clients personally, introduce our products/services, distribute samples and brochures, generate leads and convert them into business.
The candidate will work across two business verticals:
1. Corporate Gifting – Habib Online Store
Visit corporates, companies, HR departments, Admin teams, Procurement teams and event agencies.
Introduce corporate gifting products and customized gifting solutions.
Carry and present product samples/catalogues.
Understand client requirements for festivals, employee gifting, conferences, events, onboarding kits and corporate occasions.
Generate quotations and follow up until order closure.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
2. B2B Travel – Northern Travels
Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions and travel agencies.
Approach college management, administration,



student committees and event/travel coordinators.
Promote B2B travel packages and group tours.
Develop partnerships with travel agents for destinations such as Kashmir, Ladakh, Varanasi and Goa.
Present packages, itineraries, hotel options and commercial proposals.
Generate leads and convert institutions/agents into regular business partners.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a database of travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to prospective B2B clients.
Generate current leads through direct visits, references, networking and local market research.
Present company products/services professionally.
Distribute samples, brochures, catalogues and promotional material.
Meet decision-makers and identify their business requirements.
Maintain a daily visit and lead report.
Schedule follow-ups and convert qualified leads.
Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for quotations and pr
