ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for managing the backend operations and client servicing workflow — from collecting and validating client information to updating systems, managing insurance portals, coordinating documentation, assigning tasks, and ensuring that every case moves smoothly towards completion.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY




Manage day-to-day insurance and financial services operations.
Collect, verify, organize, and enter client information accurately into internal systems.
Login and work on various insurance company portals for quotations, proposals, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, claims-related documentation and other operational requirements.
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, information, signatures, payments and other requirements.
Allocate and assign customer data/tasks to the appropriate team members.
Track each case from initiation to completion and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of client information, applications, documents and transaction status.
Coordinate with insurance companies, internal teams, advisors and customers for smooth processing.
Identify missing information or documentation and proactively resolve
