Job Title: Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant with robust expertise in OFS/OFSC implementation, configuration, integrations, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field service operations, technician scheduling, routing, capacity management, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience in end-to-end implementation or AMS support projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement Oracle Field Service (OFS/OFSC) solutions
Set up routing, capacity planning, activity types, work zones, work skills, quotas, and resource management.
Design and configure workflows, forms, message scenarios, user types, and resource structures.
Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion, CRM, ERP,



and external applications using OIC and REST APIs.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable field service solutions.
