About the role




Guardian One is GrayQuest's consumer insurance vertical, helping families make smarter, calmer decisions about life and health cover. We're building the marketing engine from scratch and want someone to help scale it.
This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role. You'll run the campaigns, manage the tools behind them, dig into what's working, and keep finding ways to make the whole thing perform better. Expect real ownership and plenty of room to experiment.

What you'll own
Growth & performance marketing
Plan, run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, email and other channels, against acquisition, engagement and conversion goals.
Watch performance closely, spot drop-offs, and improve audiences, creative, messaging, budgets, timing and targeting.
Run experiments to bring down CAC and lift conversion and ROI, and look for new growth across both existing customers and new audiences.
