About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, with a solid understanding of the US recruitment landscape, including technical sourcing, candidate screening, and stakeholder management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely from Chennai while supporting our US-based clients and internal hiring needs.



The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely placement of qualified IT professionals in various roles across the US market.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably working with US-based clients or staffing agencies. A good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing techniques, screening, and onboarding, is essential. Familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, OPT, and CPT is required. Proficiency in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals is necessary, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
