We are expanding our core E-Commerce Services team in Gurgaon . We are looking for an energetic, network-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to build, scale, and manage our creator ecosystem.
Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive (Services), you will drive user acquisition and service bookings for online pujas and astrology consultations through creator partnerships. You will scout, onboard, and manage relationships with creators across niches (spiritual influencers, lifestyle creators, astrologers, devotional storytellers, regional vloggers, and family influencers)



to run performance-driven campaign integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Creator Discovery & Onboarding: Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with relevant digital creators across Instagram, YouTube, and regional video platforms to promote VAMA's online puja and astrology offerings.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, including briefing creators on service nuances (Sankalp, Gotra recitation, temple-video proof delivery, astrology consultation apps).
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign KPIs (Cost per Acquisition/Booking, ROAS, app installs, link clicks) and optimize budgets toward top-performing creator personas.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with influencer talent agencies, creator managers, and independent micro/macro creators.
Content Alignment: Work closely with the content team to ensure creator scripts and deliverables are respectful of Indian
