Job Summary

SANeForce is looking for a Customer Success Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our Customer Success team. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, possess robust communication and problem-solving skills, and have a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions and build strong, professional relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
Handle customer queries and issues through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide product guidance, basic training, and assistance to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Development, and Technical Support to resolve customer issues.




Track customer complaints, service requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Proactively follow up with customers to understand their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support customer onboarding and product implementation activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement areas to the relevant internal teams.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns or escalations.
Prepare and maintain regular reports related to customer queries, support requests, and resolution status.
Achieve defined customer success, response time, resolution time, and satisfaction targets.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
