About the job:
Cybeart is a Toronto-founded gaming chair and peripherals brand selling in Canada, the USA, India, and the Middle East - through our own Shopify stores, Amazon in four markets, and offline distribution in retails stores. We hold official licences with Warner Bros (Batman, Superman, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Rick and Morty) and build our own chairs, keyboards, mice and desk mats.

We are hiring a performance marketing executive to run our paid accounts and email programme day to day across three countries. You will report to the Head of Growth, work inside the ad accounts and Klaviyo every day, and be the person who knows what is happening in every campaign before anyone asks.

Currently over $2 million ARR, will be $10 million in 2027 and targetting $100 million ARR by 2030.

What you will own:
Run paid media daily across Meta, Google and Amazon PPC for Canada, the USA and India: campaign builds, audience and keyword structure, creative rotation, catalog feeds, bid and budget pacing
Execute email and SMS on Klaviyo: build and maintain flows (welcome,



browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back), segment by market, send the campaign calendar, watch list health and deliverability
Produce one weekly performance report covering paid and email across all markets, with what changed and what you are testing next
Brief the creative team on what the ads need and feed back which creatives are winning
Assist with SEO: keyword research, on-page updates on Shopify, tracking rankings and organic traffic, coordinating with the website developer on technical fixes
Coordinate with the marketplace manager on which products to push and what is in stock

Requirements:
2-4 years running paid media hands-on, having personally managed Rs 10 lakh or more per month / $50,000 or more across Meta and Google
Has built flows and segments in Klaviyo or an equivalent platform, not just sent campaigns
Amazon PPC experience, or the ability to learn it in the first mon
