Role Description The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel,



and handling correspondence and documentation. The role includes preparing reports and presentations, organizing appointments and events, maintaining files and records, and following up on pending tasks and commitments. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key communication link, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The position also requires proactively anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and supporting the executive in both strategic and routine activities.
