JD:
Install ,troubleshoot and configure photogrammetry systems, 3D scanners, and 3D printers at customer sites.
Perform system setup, calibration, validation, and acceptance testing.
Configure workstation software, licenses, firmware, and network connectivity.
Conduct site readiness assessments and recommend infrastructure requirements.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on scanners, cameras, lighting systems, and 3D printers.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related faults.
Calibrate photogrammetry cameras, optical sensors, and scanning systems.
Replace defective components and perform firmware/software upgrades.
Scanner calibration issues
Image acquisition errors
Point cloud and mesh generation problems
Material handling issues
Connectivity and software integration problems
Escalate complex technical issues to OEM support teams when required
Support service contracts, AMCs, and SLA commitments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
