We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Mobility Specialist to support our clients as they expand internationally and navigate the complexities of cross-border employment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in international HR, mobility, immigration coordination, or global workforce operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced and international environment.

What you'll do

Support international workforce expansion projects across multiple countries and regions.
Advise clients on cross-border employment processes, onboarding requirements, and workforce mobility best practices.
Coordinate employee onboarding and employment transitions across different jurisdictions.
Work closely with legal, payroll, HR,



and compliance teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
Assist with immigration, visa, and work authorisation coordination where applicable.
Monitor changes in employment regulations and labour laws that may impact international hiring.
Manage mobility-related documentation, employee records, and compliance processes.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and employees throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Support internal teams with country-specific employment and onboarding guidance.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Workforce Operations, Immigration Support, or a related function.
