Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master will lead and coordinate immigration and visa consulting projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and client outcomes. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves managing project timelines, assigning tasks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The role includes collaborating with consultants and operations staff, tracking progress,



removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. The Project Manager Scrum Master will also monitor resource utilization, coordinate with logistics and inspection functions as needed, and continuously improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Robust project leadership with skills in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely completion of immigration and visa-related deliverables.
Experience as an Expeditor with knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate documentation, submissions, and interdepartmental workflows.
Familiarity with Inspection processes to verify accuracy and compliance of client documentation and internal records.
Professional experience working with Agile methodologies, serving as a Scrum Master or similar role, facilitating sprints and team collaboration.
