Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional outreach and student engagement strategies across East India.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with schools, colleges, universities, education partners, community organisations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, workshops, career fairs, admission days, institutional visits, student information sessions, and other outreach activities.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and business development teams to ensure effective lead management and follow-up after outreach activities.
Monitor international education market developments, student preferences, visa-related developments, competitor activity, and emerging destination trends.
Manage outreach calendars, event timelines, participation requirements, logistics, promotional materials, and stakeholder communication.
Track leads, student participation, institutional engagement, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management.




Travel within East India as required for institutional meetings, events, student engagement activities, and partnership development.

Qualifications and Experience
A master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant skilled experience in student recruitment, international education, institutional outreach, education consulting, community engagement, business development, or education marketing.
Demonstrated experience in handling and engaging with prospective students and their families.
Strong understanding of the international education market and current study-destination trends.
Familiarity with major international study destinations such as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, and Europe.
