Role Overview

Happy Nature is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead a team of approximately 10 contact-centre sales executives and drive customer acquisition through product trials, subscriptions, recharges and repeat sales.

The role will be responsible for team leadership, sales target achievement, lead management, calling-platform operations, performance tracking, coaching and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on sales leader capable of building a high-performance team and creating solid operational discipline to scale the business. Ideal Candidate must have at least 3-5 Years Experience in a Call Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
· Lead, motivate and manage a team of ~10-20 sales executives.
· Set and drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets at team and individual levels.
· Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews and regular one-on-one coaching.
· Closely monitor productivity, conversion, follow-ups and revenue performance.
· Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, training and corrective actions.




· Build a target-oriented culture focused on ownership, discipline and results.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
· Drive sales through product trials, subscriptions, recharge plans and repeat purchases.
· Develop effective calling strategies to improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-subscription conversion.
· Ensure systematic follow-up of all prospects and minimise lead leakage.
· Coach the team on sales pitches, objection handling, upselling and closing techniques.
· Analyse customer behaviour and objections to continuously improve sales conversion.
Lead & Calling Platform Management
· Own the end-to-end lead management process for the contact centre.
· Allocate leads to sales executives based on campaign, priority, availability and performance.
· Monitor lead ageing, follow-up discipline and disposition accuracy.
· Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM / dialer / calling platform.
