We work with B2B companies across sectors such as Energy, Technology, Sustainability and other high-value industries, combining strategy, content, performance marketing, Martech and data-driven growth.
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can drive both organic and paid social media growth, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a B2B demand-generation and lead-generation platform.
This is not a role limited to posting content. We are looking for someone who understands how social media can contribute to brand visibility, engagement, qualified leads, pipeline and ultimately ROI.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing strategies, executing campaigns, analysing performance for measurable business outcomes and handling client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Media
Develop and execute organic social media strategies for B2B brands, with a solid focus on LinkedIn.
Build content that strengthen brand positioning, thought leadership, engagement and lead generation.
Manage LinkedIn company pages and leadership profiles, including content planning, publishing and performance optimisation.
Identify opportunities via DMs & other tactics to increase reach, engagement, follower quality and meaningful interactions.
Develop and execute employee advocacy and leadership-led social media initiatives.
Use LinkedIn analytics and other platform insights to continuously improve content performance.
LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Navigator
Develop LinkedIn strategies aligned with ICPs, target accounts and business objectives.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account research, prospect identification, audience building and B2B lead-generation initiatives.
