Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Garnet Plant Engineers located in Visakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing daily plant operations for garnet processing, ensuring equipment performance,



and coordinating production activities to meet volume, quality, and safety targets. Responsibilities include monitoring plant systems, managing plant maintenance schedules, performing technical troubleshooting, and supporting power generation and related utilities required for continuous operations. Garnet Plant Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The role also requires preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting smooth interaction with logistics and quality control teams.
