Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1.8 year of hands-on experience in the US or UK Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers.
Assisting customers in finding resolutions on customer query/issues/concerns
Helping customers understand our products, navigate the application process, and move confidently through each step of their experience.
Manage customer expectations on timeline and resolution. Find best solutions to ensure customer requirements are met
Treat customers in a consistent, courteous, and efficient manner according to quality monitoring guidelines.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of US Mortgage application process would be preferred
Minimum 18 months of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication with explicit, confident US‑customer interaction skills
Previous experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support roles is preferred
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage pressure situations and time‑sensitive escalations
Coaching and mentoring mindset
