Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior IT Technical Program Manager to join the team. This role serves as a delivery lead across IT programs and initiatives, including Enterprise Applications, the AI Readiness Program, and other strategic workstreams.
The TPM will work across IT functions as needed, owning end-to-end program delivery and driving cross-functional alignment from intake through implementation.
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in enterprise IT project delivery, a structured approach to stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
This person will collaborate closely with IT leadership, Communications, Finance, and People teams, and will be expected to drive clarity,



accountability, and momentum across complex, multi-workstream programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise AI Initiatives
Serve as the primary project manager for Enterprise AI Initiatives, coordinating workstreams across IT, Communications, Finance Transformation, and People functions to ensure structured, governed delivery from intake through implementation
Maintain comprehensive program plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reporting cadences across all active AI workstreams
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, track action items, and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope across concurrent AI use case deliveries
Ensure Enterprise AI Initiatives, including the AI Readiness Program, follow established intake, scoring, and governance processes covering use case prioritization, approval workflows, and lifecycle management
