nYou own availability — the reach lever. On quick commerce, being out of stock is being invisible, so your mandate is straightforward and hard: keep the product on the shelf. You build and run the replenishment engine so that stock is refilled within ROL (re-order level) cycles at a >
90% fill rate across the network and every DC cluster — without stranded inventory or returns eating the margin.

Replenishmentplanning — build and run the DOI (days-of-inventory) and ROL logic at network and DC / cluster level. N
Inventory management — stock health across dark stores and DCs;
the right cover in the right place. N
Fill-rate & in-stock management — hold >
90% fill rate within ROLcycles;
drive down stockouts and lost sales. N
Demand planning / forecasting — with the Category team,



translate BAU and festive demand into buy and replenishment plans. N
3PL / dark-store / warehouse coordination — own the SLAs and the operating rhythm with platform and logistics partners. N
RTO & returns —track and reduce returns / RTO;
protect margin and inventory. N
