CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Head – Contract Recruitment to build and scale our Technology Contract Staffing business. This is a high-ownership role responsible for P&L;, revenue growth, client relationships, team building and overall business performance .

What You Will Own
P&L; & Business Growth: Own the revenue, margins, profitability and overall performance of the contract recruitment business.
Client Acquisition: Build new client relationships and expand the existing portfolio across technology organizations.
Contract Staffing: Drive the complete contract staffing lifecycle from business acquisition and requirement generation to deployment and account growth.
Team Leadership: Build, lead and mentor recruitment and business development teams to deliver consistently against targets.
Strategic Accounts: Develop strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders and Business Heads and grow key accounts.
Market Expansion: Identify new industries, clients and opportunities to scale the Technology Staffing business.
Operational Excellence:



Ensure solid delivery, consultant engagement, retention, compliance and healthy margins.

What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Technology Staffing, Contract Recruitment, Workforce Solutions or IT Recruitment.
Proven experience in P&L; / revenue ownership and business growth .
Solid track record of client acquisition and account management .
Experience managing and scaling recruitment/business development teams.
Solid understanding of the IT talent and contract staffing ecosystem .
Excellent commercial, negotiation, relationship-building and leadership skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, scale and own a business .
