NWe are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution, optimization, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless campaign operations, maximizing delivery efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Campaign Execution & Management

Manage the complete campaign lifecycle - from onboarding and setup to delivery, optimization, and closure N
Ensure campaigns are launched on time with accurate targeting, creatives, and tracking in place N
Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance to meet campaign KPIs N

n2. Ad Trafficking & Quality Assurance

Execute ad trafficking using platforms like Google Ad Manager N
Perform thorough QA of media plans, creatives, and ad tags before launch N
Generate, test, and troubleshoot third-party tags (VAST, VPAID, trackers, etc.) N

n3. Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting

Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize for better delivery and engagement N
Identify and resolve delivery issues such as discrepancies, under-delivery, or tracking gaps N
Work closely with tech teams to debug and resolve ad-serving issues N

n4. Client & Stakeholder Management
N
n
Act as a point ofcontact for internal and external stakeholders for campaign updates N
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech, Design, and Finance teams for smooth execution N
Ensure timely communication on campaign status, delays, and performance insights N

n5. Reporting & Insights

Generate detailedcampaign performance reports with actionable insights N
Track delivery vs. commitments and highlight risks proactively N
Maintain accurate documentation for campaign learnings and benchmarks N

n6. Billing & Reconciliation

Support billing processes including camp
