What you will own?
Own candidate discovery across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, communities, and emerging talent channels.
Build targeted talent pipelines for Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other critical business functions.
Go beyond active applicants and identify passive talent who may not be actively looking but could be the right fit.
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound/cold calls to prospective candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and create interest in opportunities that may not be actively on their radar.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager with outbound calling initiatives and targeted candidate outreach.
