We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our in-house team and take ownership of our paid marketing efforts across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable taking complete ownership of campaign performance.

The Role
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on profitable growth and revenue generation.
You will work closely with the Creative, Growth, E-commerce, and Management teams to turn data and insights into campaigns that acquire customers efficiently and scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending based on performance.
Build and manage prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Monitor campaign performance and take corrective action when performance declines.

2. Performance & Growth
Own key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and revenue.
Track and improve overall customer acquisition efficiency.
Understand the difference between platform-level ROAS and actual business profitability.
Analyse new vs. returning customer performance.
Work towards improving the overall Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER).
Identify growth opportunities across products, audiences, campaigns, and channels.
