Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Store Opening & Commercial Readiness
Coordinate recent store setup including ERP creation, TID/MID, banking, Pine Labs and Paytm onboarding.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of cashiers in collaboration with HR team.
Facilitate NSO advances and inauguration expenses, ensuring timely settlement and closure.
Conduct commercial induction and refresher training for store teams.
Commercial Operations & Financial Controls
Support timely resolution of daily revenue reconciliation exceptions.
Process refund transactions relating to CoGeP, NEP, schemes, advances and approved exceptions.
Review and approve petty cash claims and employee advances.
Monitor BTL, NSO, AT and DT advances and ensure timely settlement.
Coordinate month-end provisions, accruals and account reconciliations.
Ensure banking controls, cash governance and diesel consumption monitoring.
Monitor PDC deposits and clearance.
Review and approve BPRISM invoices including refreshments, utilities, CCD and other store operating expenses.
Franchisee Partnering & Governance




Conduct periodic review meetings with franchise partners.
Process debit notes and credit notes relating to discounts, schemes and MG payouts.
Perform monthly ledger reconciliation and balance confirmations.
Support franchisee audits, bank audits and third-party audits.
Address franchisee commercial queries and escalations.
Business Support & Revenue Enablement
Support COCO-to-FOCO conversions.
Support new store launches and stabilization.
Provide commercial support during exhibitions, events and special sales initiatives.
Assist in customer issue resolution and escalation management.
Enable smooth execution of revenue-generating initiatives across stores.
Store Compliance & Operations
Resolve cashier and Store Commercial Manager queries.
Drive adherence to SOPs, policies and compliance requirements.
Coordinate document archival and management.
Track Saksham compliance and closure of observations.
