Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full time onsite role responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone and through digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying leads, presenting Cheezee Global’s payment solutions, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through the onboarding process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM,



following up on opportunities, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with customer support and training teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, provide feedback on customer needs, and participate in periodic product and sales training sessions.
Qualifications
