Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated IT, Security, DevOps & Project Management Administrator with around 2+ years of experience to support UniSouk's internal IT operations and cybersecurity activities, assist with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows, and own the coordination and tracking of projects across the technology and operations teams.




This role suits someone who combines hands-on IT administration and security operations with light DevOps support and strong organisational skills — keeping systems secure and running, supporting deployment pipelines, and keeping projects on schedule using Zoho Projects. It is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can balance technical support with cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Systems Administration

Manage day-to-day IT support, user onboarding/offboarding, hardware, software licences, and access provisioning across Google Workspace / Office 365.
Administer and maintain endpoints, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS).
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and SOPs; troubleshoot and escalate complex issues as required.

Security Operations

Implement and monitor security best practices — MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, antivirus, and DLP/EDR tooling.
Support monitoring and incident response using SIEM and related tools; maintain access
