What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation
Deep dive into goML’s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio
Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations
Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership
Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices
Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows
First 60 Days: Execution & Impact
Take ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Drive core delivery governance including:
