What you will be responsible for
As a Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist,
Support the Regulatory Reporting Operations team with day-to-day issues and escalations, while partnering with project teams and technology to ensure operational readiness for initiatives impacting reporting processes.
Provide oversight of key regulatory reporting initiatives, interpret regulatory requirements and coordinate with business and technology teams to implement required changes.
Serve as project manager for the design and implementation of effective, scalable regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with industry best practices.
Conduct root cause and gap analyses, gather and document business requirements, design solutions, and manage the regulatory reporting enhancement pipeline through stakeholder prioritization.
Ensuring all changes affecting reporting obligations comply with established governance, risk, and control frameworks, promoting a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
Represent the firm with external counterparties and industry forums,



providing subject matter expertise and identifying opportunities to strengthen internal reporting practices.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives.

Education / Experience
BS, BA, BBA, or equivalent work experience
Experience in regulatory reporting, risk management, compliance, audit, control experience preferred.
