Role Objective
As a Branch Manager at Texas Review – Vijayawada, you will be responsible for the overall growth, revenue, student enrollment, and operational performance of the branch. You will lead the local team, drive student acquisition and conversions, build strong relationships with students and university partners, and ensure the branch consistently achieves its monthly and annual business targets.
The Branch Manager will act as the business owner of the branch, combining strategic leadership, sales excellence, team management, market development, and operational discipline to establish Vijayawada as a high-performing education consultancy market.
Key Responsibilities1. Branch Business & Revenue Management
Own the overall revenue, enrollment, lead generation, and conversion targets for the Vijayawada branch.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual branch growth plans.
Monitor daily business performance and take corrective action to ensure targets are consistently achieved.




Drive high-ticket student conversions across international education programs.
Maintain a robust focus on revenue, profitability, productivity, and overall branch performance.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate Admission Counselors and other branch team members.
Set individual and team-level targets and ensure clear accountability.
Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and sales meetings.
Coach team members on counseling, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
Build a positive, high-performance work culture within the branch.
3. Lead Pipeline & CRM Management
Ensure effective management of the complete lead lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, counseling appointments, applications, and conversions.
Ensure 100% CRM discipline and accurate lead records across the team.
