Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with 5 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales to drive business growth for NextNeural. Based ideally in Kolkata, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships, managing end-to-end sales pipelines, writing business proposals, and closing deals with enterprise clients across India.
The ideal candidate possesses an MBA in Sales/Marketing, holds an established network of corporate contacts, and demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise sales opportunities for NextNeural across corporate accounts in India.




Pipeline & Relationship Building: Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships within target corporate organizations.
Network Utilization: Leverage an existing contact book and network within Corporate India to rapidly open doors and accelerate key account acquisitions.
Proposal Creation & Deal Structuring: Draft tailored enterprise proposals, pitch decks, commercial offers, and RFPs that effectively communicate NextNeural’s ROI and technical capabilities.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey from initial outreach, product demonstrations, negotiation, to contract signing and account handoff.
Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, map target enterprise verticals, and collaborate with product teams to refine sales positioning.
