Founding LLM & AI Systems Engineer
We are looking for a founding AI engineer to work across LLM engineering, generative AI, model adaptation and AI systems development. This is a research-to-implementation role for someone who wants to work deeply with up-to-date open-source AI models while also building the engineering infrastructure required to experiment with, serve and integrate those models.

Key responsibilities
LLM & Generative AI — primary focus

Work extensively with open-source LLMs and multimodal foundation models.
Work with architectures and ecosystems such as Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch.
Develop and evaluate RAG, retrieval, structured generation, tool use and agentic workflows.
