Role purpose

This professional is responsible for ensuring the productive execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery, while supporting supply chain operations, inventory availability, and logistics coordination. The role acts as a key interface between customers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order fulfilment and delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

Order Management

Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
Ensure orders are entered, maintained, and updated accurately in the ERP system.
Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
Maintain complete and accurate order documentation.
Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Handle order amendments, documentation queries, returns, and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure product availability and timely delivery.




Support procurement and replenishment activities to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Monitor stock availability and initiate actions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Ensure smooth coordination between supply chain operations and customer requirements.

Logistics & Delivery Management

Track shipments and monitor delivery performance.
Liaise with logistics partners to resolve transportation and delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with shipping requirements and documentation standards.
Support timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and project sites.
Escalate delivery risks and propose mitigation actions where required.

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
