Role Description The Business Development Intern will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting efforts to grow Cosurj’s user base and deepen engagement within key communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners and organizations, supporting lead generation campaigns, and assisting in outreach to colleges, companies, clubs, and NGOs.



The intern will conduct market research to understand community needs, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and help prepare presentations or proposals for prospective partners. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, gathering feedback from users and partners, and contributing to strategies that improve the overall adoption and impact of the platform.
