Role Description The Head Pilates Instructor will lead and manage Pilates programs, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective sessions for clients. This full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula involves designing class formats, conducting group and individual Pilates sessions, and tailoring routines to different fitness levels and health conditions. The role includes supervising other instructors, maintaining professional standards, collaborating with healthcare and wellness professionals,



and supporting integrated care plans. The Head Pilates Instructor will also engage with clients to provide guidance, track progress, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while contributing to program development and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Pilates Instruction, including the ability to design, lead, and modify Pilates sessions safely for diverse client needs.
