Join our team of Strategy & Transactions professionals to help guide Deloitte client service teams through some of the critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team helps deliver integrated support covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, strategy, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, M&A;, and sustainability. Work alongside teams every step of the way, helping them navigate recent challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and support in providing practical insights at certain stages of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Position Summary

Level: Senior or equivalent

As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting,



you will be responsible for reviewing the valuation analysis/ models assisting client with their taxation planning and compliance; financial reporting in accordance with ‘US GAAP’ or ‘IFRS’ accounting standards . You will build, review, and validate quantitative models, interpret outputs in the context of applicable accounting standards, and draft client-ready deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
