Title: HR & Payroll Operations Executive
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: 1-3yrs in Payroll / HR Operations
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Operations Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and MS Excel, with robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and TDS
Prepare and reconcile payroll data with Finance / Accounts
Manage employee reimbursements and benefits
Prepare payroll MIS, dashboards and reports
Handle TDS calculations and statutory payments




Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Support recruitment activities, salary negotiations and offer rollouts as required
Coordinate BGV, joining formalities, induction and employee documentation
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment and other HR letters
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related payments and settlements
Key Requirements
Prior experience in Payroll / HR Operations is essential
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliances
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates residing in or around Ghatkopar will be preferred
Candidates with back-office experience and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply
