Key Responsibilities

Edit compelling Reels and short-form videos that are engaging, fast-paced, and aligned with current social media trends.
Edit long-form video content, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and overall viewer retention.
Work with raw footage to create polished,



visually appealing content while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
Add motion graphics, text, captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements where required.
Handle basic to advanced colour correction and colour grading to maintain consistency across content.
Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to understand briefs and translate creative ideas into strong visual content.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, transitions, formats, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

Solid experience in video editing and content creation, particularly for social media.
Excellent understanding of Reels, short-form and long-form content formats.
