Associate, Content Management

The Analyst supports firmwide knowledge sharing by curating, cleansing, tagging, reviewing and publishing high-quality project content to the global Deloitte knowledge management platform through a combination of manual expertise and semi-automated/AI assisted workflows.

This role supports risk management through content cleansing and strengthens search enablement through effective tagging and publishing practices, ensuring Deloitte practitioners leverages high quality knowledge assets to support client engagements, informed decision making and business growth for Deloitte.

Work you'll do

As an Associate in the team, you will be responsible for:

Curate, classify, review, and publish content across knowledge management and document publishing platforms in alignment with established guidelines and quality standards.
Review and process English and German or Italian content to support global knowledge accessibility and publishing requirements.
Use AI-assisted and semi-automated tools, together with manual review,



to validate and refine content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Cleanse and sanitize documents and project or engagement summaries to support confidentiality, copyright, and firm publishing requirements.
Organize and tag content using taxonomy and metadata standards to improve searchability and retrieval across the knowledge management ecosystem.
Support content capture, targeted acquisition, and continuous improvement efforts by identifying reusable assets, summarizing source materials, tracking quality metrics, and helping improve team processes.
