Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Direction
Develop and execute the company's sales and marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets
Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for all sales and marketing operations
Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends to inform strategic planning
Set pricing strategies and product positioning in consultation with senior management
Sales Operations Management
Oversee all direct sales functions including account management, recent business development, and sales execution
Lead sales teams across national, regional, and international markets
Develop and implement sales methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and consistency
Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate revenue projections
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Direct all marketing functions including brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer communications




Build and maintain strong brand presence across products and services in domestic and international markets
Develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
Manage marketing budget allocation and measure ROI across all campaigns and initiatives
Channel Partner Management
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across the country and international markets
Design and implement channel strategy, partner programs, incentive structures, and go-to-market plans
Provide training, support, and enablement to partners to ensure successful market penetration
Monitor partner performance and manage performance improvement where required
Reporting & Business Intelligence
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing metrics, customer acquisition costs, and revenue forecasts
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board regarding market conditions, business performance, and gr
