Roles & responsibilities:
1. Run the annual merit cycle and bonus cycle end-to-end
2. Support hiring and retention offer prudence, internal parity analyses to facilitate talent retention decisions
3. Incentive design, digitization and administration
4. Draft and maintain rewards policies and process notes; ensure statutory compliance (PF, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages) in coordination with payroll.

Build and maintain rewards and productivity dashboards
6. Prepare material for rewards committee and leadership reviews
7. Lead org design, job evaluation and productivity initiatives
