MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management
consulting, or investment banking.
* Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all
levels of management.

* Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 4 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles, business
development, or related roles in the Media and Entertainment industry.
* Experience in researching consumer trends, participant strategies and
industry developments to keep category offerings relevant.
* Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual,
technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal Google
teams.
* Excellent strategic consultation and analytical skills to work with senior
internal and external stakeholders, with experience working in Business
Development, Project Management, Program Management or Product Management
roles.
* Excellent attention to detail, with a creative,



open-minded, persistent, and
cooperative understanding of Google products.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Strategic Partner Manager for Media Companies, you will serve as a critical
thought-leader for YouTube and Media Companies. You will require a deep
understanding of the Media and Entertainment (M&E;) landscape, YouTube’s role in
growing and shaping the landscape, and a passion for fostering mutually
beneficial partnerships with M&E; partners. You will require strong
relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate
complex cross-functional collaborations. Your role demands cross-functional
leadership across multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product,
