Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive – Purchase & Stores with experience in procurement, vendor management, stores, and inventory control. The candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase processes, stock management, vendor coordination, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities, including quotations, comparisons, negotiations, and Purchase Orders.
Source materials, consumables, spares, stationery, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality, delivery, and replacements.
Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations, including inward, storage, issue, and outward movement.
Verify materials against POs, delivery challans, and invoices and maintain GRN and stock records.
Monitor stock levels,



conduct physical verification, and reconcile inventory.
Identify slow-moving, excess, obsolete, or damaged materials and report accordingly.
Maintain purchase registers, vendor records, PO documentation, stock registers, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Finance and internal departments for purchase requirements, invoices, and payments.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation and housekeeping in the stores area.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, Stores, or Inventory Management.
Experience in malls, retail, hospitality, commercial property, or facilities management preferred.
Strong knowledge of vendor coordination, quotation comparison, Purchase Orders, and inventory management.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
