The Role
The RFP Delivery Manager owns execution of AART’s RFP portfolio while serving as
a strategic and writing partner to the Vice President. This role is accountable
for end-to-end delivery, content quality, and day-to-day decision-making across
all pursuits.
The role combines delivery leadership, healthcare and business acumen, writing
ownership, and effective use of AI in the proposal process. It is not a
coordination-only role.
Work You’ll Do
RFP Delivery Ownership
* Lead RFPs from intake through submission.
* Own schedules, compliance tracking, review cycles, and final quality control.
* Act as the default decision-maker on delivery-related issues when the VP is
unavailable.
Strategic Interpretation and Support
* Apply strong healthcare and general business acumen to interpret guidance
from Managing Directors and senior SMEs.
* Translate high-level or ambiguous input into transparent proposal positioning,
structure, and direction.
* Proactively identify strategy gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and elevate
recommendations early.
Writing and Content Ownership
* Take direct writing ownership for proposal sections as needed, including
executive summaries, approaches, and
