Job Summary

The Software Engineer III (AI / Automation) independently designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role partners with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, Run/Support teams, business SMEs, and the U.S.-based IPA Center of Excellence to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready automations aligned to approved business outcomes, scope integrity,



governance standards, and operational readiness expectations.

This level is a fully qualified, journey-level engineering role. The engineer applies seasoned judgment to process design, integration patterns, exception handling, testing, agentic automation components, IXP-enabled extraction, Maestro-orchestrated process steps, and Build-to-Run readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, data flows, decision points, exception scenarios, and system interactions to translate operational needs into effective automation designs.
Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath-based automation solutions aligned to enterprise and IPA CoE standards.
Implement approved agentic automation components, including agent workflows, Maestro orchestration steps, IXP extraction flows, human validation points, and deterministic RPA handoffs.
