As we expand our e-commerce business, we are looking for a polished and commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.
N n What you'll do:
N1. Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach
N2. Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups
N3. Own the client journeyorder confirmation to final delivery
N4. Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision
N5. Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards
N6. Build solid expertisein leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands
N n What we're lookingfor:
N1.
Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)
N2. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
N3. Solid commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales
N4. A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling
N5. Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven
N6. Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a strong plus
