Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
n
Plan content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, festivals and retail promotions.
n
Manage and review reels, videos, stories, static creatives and social media copy.
n
Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, influencers and internal teams.
n
Manage community engagement and brand conversations across platforms.
n
Track organic and paid social performance and translate analytics into actionable insights.
n
Plan and execute influencer/creator campaigns with measurable outcomes.
n




Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and CapCut AI for content ideation and creative efficiency.

Qualifications

n

n

n
1–6 years of hands-on social media experience
n
2–3+ years managing a consumer brand or multi-brand portfolio
n
Solid understanding of social platforms, content formats, algorithms and analytics
n
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
n
Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and social media management tools
n
Working knowledge of AI-powered content tools
n
Experience in Media or Lifestyle sectors preferred
n
English & Tamil communication skills preferred
