We are looking for an experienced E&M; Coder with robust knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and CMS guidelines to accurately assign Evaluation & Management codes and effectively handle denial management.
Responsibilities:
Review provider documentation and assign correct E&M; codes
Ensure compliance with current E&M; coding guidelines
Identify documentation gaps and coding errors
Support denial resolution related to E&M; coding
Requirements:
CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification
Solid knowledge of E&M; coding guidelines
Experience with ICD-10-CM and CPT
High accuracy and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
