YOUR NEW ROLE
Support end-to-end loan servicing activities for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers.




Process lending transactions accurately and in line with established controls and procedures.
Manage syndicated loans, bank guarantees, and related lending activities.
Administer loan extensions, consents, fees, and payment processing.
Ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder requests within SLA timelines.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3-8 years' experience in lending operations, preferably within Corporate and/or Institutional Banking environments.
Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and loan servicing processes.
Experience processing payments, including SWIFT, RTGS, and EFT transactions.
Robust customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Relevant banking, financial services, or equivalent industry experience.
