* Strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder ESP / SCPO
* Semiconductor supply chain & manufacturing planning experience
* Expertise in LPOPT Solver, optimization models, constraints, and solver
tuning
* Strong experience in Supply, Production & Capacity Planning
* Additional experience in Factory Planning (FP) and Inventory Optimization
(IO) preferred
* Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA integration
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in solver validation, scenario analysis, UAT, and production
deployment

RESPONSIBILITIES
